All concerns must be reported before leaving the school premises.
Make a record of what you have seen or been told.
Be factual.

Report any concerns relating to the conduct of staff/ visitors to the Headteacher immediately.

Make a record of any visible injuries.

Never promise to keep "secrets".

Do not make assumptions.

Only ask simple questions - Who? What? Where? When?
